- Develop a national research community that encompasses academic, health professional, government anda broad-base of industry stakeholders;

Dr. Pierre Haddad; Professeur Titulaire, Département de Pharmacologie, Faculté de Médecine, Université de Montréal, Founding Member and the 1st Vice President of NHPRS. Dr. Haddad has a research program studying the bioactivity of putative anti-diabetic plant species using in vivo animal models of diabetes or insulin resistance and in vitro bioassays of insulin secretion or action.
