This year there will be a dedicated poster session preceded by an opportunity to introduce your work in 3MT format at the end of an oral session to drive interest in your poster. There are limited spaces available for the 3MT presentations, so abstracts will be adjudicated and the best selected to participate. Two abstracts selected by the adjudication committee will be invited to give 15 minute highlighted lectures at the beginning of the 3MT session. A 3MT presentation is limited to a single slide and no more than three minutes. There are many examples of excellent 3MT presentations and tutorials on how to design winning 3MT presentations on Youtube. The best student presentations and posters will be given NHPRS presentation and poster awards at the Gala Dinner. All students submitting abstracts on or before April 1st will be considered for a travel award, and awards will be selected on the basis of abstract quality. Student recipients of travel awards will be notified shortly after their abstract has been accepted.I would like to be considered for the 3MT and highlight lecturesI would prefer to just present a posterPreferred presentation typePlease indicate if you would prefer to present your work as a lecture or as a poster.
